Who answered, and who they are bringing

In the order people first answered (changing an answer keeps its place). Counts are on the event (include=rsvpCounts). An app sees answers as the signed-in person does in Grouperly, where a leader of the event’s circle sees them as the group’s leaders do (added in 2.18.0); without roster.youth.read it gets no youth’s answer and no attendee name that isn’t an adult’s account.
