The photo albums the person can open, newest first

By the gallery’s rules: every group album, and an event album once it has a photo they can see (leaders see all). Ordered by the event’s date, else when the album was made. For a key, or an app without roster.youth.read, a cover is never a photo a young person uploaded (2.21.0).
